Job Description: The successful candidate will provide technical support to end-users by phone, email, or chat. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. This is an entry-level position, so training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to user inquiries by phone, email, or chat
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
• Escalate issues to higher-level support staff as needed
• Keep accurate records of user requests and resolutions
• Communicate effectively with end-users to ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working remotely

Salary: $46,000 per year

Location: This is a remote position, so you can work from anywhere in the United States.
