Remote Advisor needed to book Vacations

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a Remote Advisor! As a Remote Advisor, you are responsible for, but not limited to, coordinating all details, taking all client requests into consideration, researching the best vacation package, contacting your client to detail the quote, confirming the agreed-upon vacation package price, and entering in payment information.

Requirements

• Arrange accommodation and booking services to clients, including planning itineraries
  
• Confer with clients to determine destination, mode of transportation, financial consideration
  
• Provide clients with area-specific booking information such as point of interest, restaurants, and special events
  
• Communicate internationalprocedures such as passport, visa, and other requirements
  
• Imparts international booking information such as customs regulations and currency exchange rate
  
• Participate in ongoing company and vendor training
