- Satisfactory Police Check
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
- An understanding of, and demonstrated experience working within the humanitarian system, preferably within the context of the Middle East and/or Africa at a management level.
- A demonstrated high level of emotional intelligence with the capacity to engage sensitively with people from different cultural groups as well as diplomatically with international partners including foreign governments.
- Excellent relationship management and influencing skills across a complex array of stakeholder groups including governments and institutions, both locally and internationally.
