Role: Regional HR Business Partner
Region: North-West, Yorkshire, and West Midlands

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 Hours
Our client, a recipient ofprestigious awards in the automotive industry, including AM 2023 Diversity and Inclusion,Top Retailer, and Dealership of the Year, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Business Partner to join their growing team.
In this role, you will collaborate with Senior Managers to develop and implement a comprehensive HR Business Plan aligned with the overall Group HR Business Plan. You will actively cultivate and maintain professional relationships with key members of the management teams across the organisation. By implementing effective Human Resources strategies, you will support the Group Business Strategy and contribute to the organisations strategic vision and business priorities.
Requirements
- To excel in this position, you should hold an HR Degree or be CIPD Qualified, demonstrating your passion for providing exceptional HR services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with a strong business and HR acumen, are essential. Your ability to diagnose and analyse problems and drive appropriate solutions and business strategies will be critical to success.
- This is a regional role covering our dealerships throughout the North-West, Yorkshire, and West Midlands, requiring regular travel to various sites.
