It s a fun and dynamic startup, and we are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant who wants to do things with a twist.
We are still developing our systems and processes, so don t expect too much structure or micro-management, but we have a vision, and if you like the sound of it, you should apply.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for finding and attracting top talent for our growing client base.
You will work closely with our Founder, James, and your experience will help evolve our service, technology and the recruitment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent to fill permanent and contractor roles for our clients.
Screen candidates and conduct interviews to determine candidate qualifications and fit.
Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the recruitment process - we are focused on winning hearts, minds and market share in the SME sector, and many haven t used recruiters before.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Conduct reference and background checks on potential hires or develop a hack that works so you don t have to (that s how we roll).
Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires and contractors.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
You ll be expected to do your own business development and work with the rest of the team to respond to inbound leads.
