We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruiting Intern to support our Recruiting team in finding and hiring top talent. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on various recruiting projects and gain valuable experience in the Staffing & Recruiting industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting phone screens.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments to determine if they meet the basic qualifications.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to source and attract top talent, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our applicant tracking system.
  • Assist with other projects as needed.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in recruiting or HR-related field is a plus.
