Responsibilities:
- Prospect active real estate brokers companies and facilitate the process of signing marketing contracts with these companies.
- Visit real estate brokers' companies and establish relations with real estate agents in these companies.
- communicate with real estate brokers (regular visit / call / whatsapp groups )
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Display and market real property to possible buyers Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, closing statements etc)
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
