We are looking for a staff accountant/bookkeeper to join our group of companies in the media and marketing world.
The Richard Janes Company is a holding company based at Green Pastures Studio in Spencer Oklahoma and we employ 20-25 full time employees across our various organizations.
We pride ourselves on being a fun place to work (we make movies and TV shows at the studio so there is always something fun going on), and work to support each other as much as possible.
Your AP duties will include making postings into Quickbooks from credit cards, scanning invoices, paying invoices, creating reports, and updating forcasts etc.
Your AR duties will include entering invoices into Quickbooks, receiving payments, collections calls, entering customer information.
You will also help with HR as it relates to payment questions and approving our time of request portal.
Requirements:
1. Experience using Quickbooks online. 3+ years minimum.
3. 3+ years experience as a bookkeeper or staff accountant.
4. Degree in Accounting preferred.
5. Experience using Microsoft word, and Excel.
This job is 20 to 25 hours per week, It is an in-office job at the studio although we can be flexible with your schedule. Initial thoughts are 3 days per week or 9.30-1.30pm 5 days a week but if you have a desired schedule, please indicate it in your response.

Requirements
3+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience
Thorough knowledge of QuickBooks

Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Skills in Word and Excel
Self-starter and natural learner
