Quality Food Safety Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Review and approve daily test results for materials and products issued from each lab, and Ensures all results documented, and summary reporting on daily /weekly/ monthly
• Schedule laboratory teams to ensure timely and accurate laboratory testing for production and quality teams is
• Ensure food safety compliance across all lines & report daily findings to the quality manger and work with the food safety leader on the action plan
• Ensures compliance to the set specifications and takes actions upon non compliance, monitors deviations from the standard parameters, and reports risks and mitigations for any deviation taking
• Carry out and manages positive release through ERP in a timely manner
• Investigates and confirms OOS test results with Analyst according to the approved OOS SOP before reporting to the laboratory
• Validates results and Approves new raw materials, or current materials from new suppliers according to the material approval SOP and the approved
• Conducts timely and accurate results for micro Proficiency testing and report results to the relevant
