- Contribute to the analysis and development of budgets and estimated costs for procurement and programs, including:
- Providing information about the prices of the required services and materials.
- Develop effective procurement strategies to contain costs and control price fluctuations to contain and reduce costs in a way that does not conflict with the required quality.
- Analyze donor requirements regarding permitted purchases within the project/grant.
- Effective management of procurement and supply operations, including:
- Work with the Programs team and the management of the various departments to develop the main annual procurement plan for the organization.
- Manage procurement and supply operations according to the policies and documentation required by the institution.
