- Formulating public relations plans and strategies
- Enhance the company's voice and presence through online and offline channels
- Managing relations and media requests
- Writing press releases, speeches, and other public relations copy
- Planning and supervising events, exhibitions, conferences, etc.
- Support the implementation of promotional plans
- Providing solutions in times of public relations crisis
- Facilitate the resolution of disputes with the public or external vendors
- Lead survey initiatives and analyze public opinion
- Welcoming guests
