Multidisciplinary design firm is seeking a Project Railroad/Bridge Engineer to join their Lincoln, Nebraska team!
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for technical design and support for railroad bridge and supporting structure projects
- Oversee staff and workload
- Mentor/train junior staff
- Perform research and write technical reports
- Travel to job sites as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in structural or civil engineering
- Master s degree preferred
- 6+ years of experience working on Class I Railroad structure projects
- PE License
- Experience managing railroad projects/clients
- Experience coordinating with other railroad engineering disciplines
- Ability to leverage software for modeling, calculation, automation and rapid drafting
- Experience in MicroStation, Risa 3D analysis, and Bluebeam Revu preferred
Salary is commensurate with experience.
