Responsibilities
Managing project and product development that are multi-disciplined (Mechanical, Electrical, Firmware, Systems, Test Engineering, ) with stakeholder
Actively ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within the
Working closely with all stakeholders to ensure project
Integrating and managing a cross-functional project team to develop appropriate project roles and
Managing alterations to the project scope/requirements during all phases to meet the changing needs of the
Implementing the teams development of a comprehensive project plan, schedule, and communications
Establishing the documentation and change control
Coordinating the development of project budget and cash ;
Providing clear, concise, comprehensive reports for management and
Identifying and correcting issues in the project timeline and communicating effectively throughout the
Working closely with
Supervising project team
Bachelor s Degree in a relevant field (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, ) OR prior experience working in engineering departments
5+ years of experience as an engineering leader, engineering project lead, or engineering program
EV industry
Experience working in a matrix organization
Deep understanding of the hardware development process from the electrical and mechanical
Deep understanding of how hardware and firmware integrate throughout a product development
Extensive knowledge of project planning tools such as Clickup,
Extensive knowledge of JIRA, Upchain and Confluence for issue tracking and project
Knowledge of PLM systems for BOM and ECO
Excellent organizational skills including: attention to detail, prioritization, and triage of complex
Self-motivated, proactive, creative, and critical problem-solving
Adaptive attitude to a fast-moving start-up environment and rapid development
