TPF Recruitment is recruiting for a Private Client Tax Senior Manager on behalf of a market leading firm of chartered accountants based in Sussex. This is a fantastic career opportunity for a Private Client Tax Senior Manager to join a highly reputable accountancy practice in an autonomous and exciting career.
Our client is a highly reputable and well-known firm of chartered accountants based in Sussex with offices across the UK and a national, and international reach. They have a fantastic reputation, excellent culture and have seen significant growth over the last 5 years. They are now looking for a Private Client Tax Senior manager to join their team in a highly rewarding position, offering some of the best private client work available in the Sussex region.
Joining the firm as a Private Client Tax Senior Manager, with a clear path to progress, you will manage a portfolio of private client tax relationships and deliver technical expertise to clients directly and to internal client colleagues. You will be responsible for more junior members of staff and oversee the work and necessary training of others.
You will take a client facing, portfolio management position, overseeing the provision of advisory services across a wide spectrum of private client tax issues such asCapital Gains tax planning, remuneration planning, Trusts/IHT, Statutory residence test/residence issues, immigration/ emigration issues; agricultural/landed estates etc.You will lead and influence your team and look to drive the development of the private client tax services in this leading firm. You will be responsible for developing client relationships, maintaining and bringing in new business to bolster the businesses private client offering, and play a lead role in the growth and development of the Sussex offices private client offering.
Requirements
- ATT/CTA qualified or qualified by experience.
- Previous experience operating at a Senior Manager level within Private Client Tax
- Proven experience in client management- ability to provide a high level of client relationship that is vital to this role
- Proven tax experience in producing high quality work on complex UK private client matters, within budget
- Tax experience from a practice background would be a distinct advantage, preferably within a top 100 or large independent firm
Benefits
Our client is offering a highly competitive salary and remuneration package, competitive with the London market and based on experience, in the region of 55,000- 70,000.
