Due to growth within the team, an opportunity has emerged for a Presales Consultant (Bi-lingual preferred in English and Spanish) to join our team to help support our Americas This role offers an opportunity for outgoing, engaging, and experienced individuals in the IT industry with the potential to relocate to Canada, Mexico, South America or ;


Location: Candidate must be within Americas region (Canada and Mexico)


This is a Remote work with requirement of travel


At least 8+ years experience is required as Technical Sales / Presales Consultant


Reports to: Head of Business Development


Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in qualifying potential clients

Analyze market potential before launching any product or services

Provide knowledge support to the entire sales team

Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating, and delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations

Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements

Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI s and RFP s

Working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process

Liaising with product managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements

Keeping abreast of market trends and products & competitor landscape

Key Requirements

  • You possess a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or any related field
  • You have prior experience within presales / technical sales
  • You possess strong problem solving and prioritization skills
  • You have strong presentation skills
You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders
