Payer Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead complexity of payer landscape during transformation
• Foster positive relationships with main payers/ stakeholder across public sector/ key Accounts
• Provide insights to Access/KAM team about payer’s unmet needs in different TAs and build right design for economic evidence to handle their objections
• Prepare local value dossiers including burden of disease, CEA & BIA
• Conduct payer advisory boards for new launches
• Run payer engagement activities (Payer summit/standalone & Payer’s education programs)
• Design customer development programs, and lead the development of strategies and tactics in collaboration with brand product managers and field teams
• Drive Strategy and payer landscape to expand Penetration of Payer market in different tiers
• Develop Payers landscape and key drivers for each sector
• Develop platform to ensure One KAM Execution Excellence
