Job Description

Established Jacksonville litigation firm looking for experienced paralegal interested in career growth and stability.

Busy, friendly, well-organized work environment; predictable hours; good benefits package and competitive compensation based on experience.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of paralegal experience - Plaintiff side
  • Experience with assisting attorney with Plaintiff s personal injury cases including auto accidents and premises liability
  • Keen interest in high-level case management
  • Good writing skills and be capable of working on all aspects of case investigation, discovery, pre-trial litigation, and trial support.

Responsibilities:
  • Initial meeting with clients
  • Gathering medical records
  • Preparing medical summaries
  • Issuing subpoenas
  • Preparing discovery responses
  • Mediation and trial support

4/1 Hybrid WFH (one day per week of working from home)
Profit sharing
Health insurance stipend of $400 per month.
All court observed holidays are also firm holidays and we have 10 days of combined vacation and sick time per year.
