Work with the Jordan Country director and supervisors to identify staffing and recruitment needs and in close collaboration with the Global Human Resources, lead on all the Jordan office recruitment processes in accordance with IRAP recruitment policies and procedures, from the development of the job description, follow up on the progress with the Global Human Resources, schedule and participate in interviewing, conduct reference check to offer submission.
Responsible for the onboarding of new hires, creating the operations on-boarding plan and following up on the progress and completion of the new hire set up.
Coordinate the off-boarding plan for terminated staff with the Global Human Resources team including the coordination with other relevant operations teams, exit interview and other Human Resources procedures.
