Operations Director

• Senior Operations Leaders - managing plant manager, operation leads, FSQA, maintenance, warehouse, supply chain
• Develops and implements necessary operational and regulatory policies and SOPs as
  
• Ensures safe, efficient operation of the plant within the established guidelines and all governmental laws and
  
• Monitors production, inventory, safety, human resources, quality assurance, maintenance and sanitation
  
• Ensures ethical behavior in all aspects of managing the facility, its material and human ;
  
• Responsible for the processing facilitysmanufacturing budgets (P&L)
  
• Responsible for fostering a culture of leadership development and team building, as well as creating a culture of engagement and employee ownership
  
• Assure regulatory compliance and oversee 3rdParty Audits including to but not limited to OSHA, EPA, USDA, EEO, HACCP, BRC
  
• Ability to achieve established goals of Associate Safety, Budget, Food Safety, Product Quality, and Schedule Attainment using Lean Manufacturing toolsand practices
  
• Ability to lead, motivate, and train associates at various levels
  
• Ability to drive Associate Engagement
  
• Knowledge of USDA regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), sanitation processes/procedures and HACCP
  
• Strong verbal and written communications skills with various levels of Associates
  
• Ability to lead steering team members to plan, organize, and implement actions to drive continuous improvement
  

• 5+ years food processing senior plant leadership under FDA/USDAregulations
  
• Preferred BS in Business, Food Science, Engineering, or related discipline
  
• Excellent Communication and Presentation
  
• Basic Statistical Skills as well as the ability to track and analyze financial results
