- Takes action to enhance learning in Ocean product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends.
- Secure timely response to customer and network requests.
- Secure timely and accurate billing and documentation.
- Negotiate the best conditioned ocean freight meeting customer expectations
- Operates all equipment, software, and devices and trains others.
- Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
