Job Descriptions
- Tasks and accountabilities Required-Create and manage user accounts and groups in Active Directory and Office 365
-Manage access to resources and applications in Active Directory and Office 365
-Configure and maintain policies in Active Directory and Office 365
-Manage email accounts and distribution lists in Office 365
-Provide technical support to first level and second level for Active Directory and Office 365-related issues
-Maintain documentation and provide reports on Active Directory and Office 365 activities
-Plan and execute Active Directory and Office 365 upgrades and migrations
-Troubleshoot and resolve Active Directory and Office 365 issues
Required Skills
-Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in Active Directory and Office 365 administration
-Expertise in configuring and maintaining Active Directory and Office 365 environments
-Experience with PowerShell scripting
-Strong knowledge of networking and security principles
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
-Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise -Administrator Expert are a plus.
