We are looking to hire a results-driven New Business Developer with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out, engage, and close deals with prospective customers as well as ensuring that those customers are satisfied with the solutions provided so that we may build lasting relationships with them.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Present, promote and sell training solutions to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company.
- Addressing and resolving key clients complaints.
- Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
- Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for the Director.
- Updating internal CRM systems.
Requirements
What we are looking for in you:
- Highly motivated, passionate and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Minimum 5 years proven work experience as a key accounts manager and new business development
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
