Responsibilities:
• Analyze troubleshoot and fault diagnose the Microwave technical cases.
• Propose and implement solutions/workarounds.
• Handle Microwave care activities and tasks with facilitating solving problem and collaboration.
• Responsible for MW technical activities such as software upgrades, technical audits, etc.
• Handle the microwave technical support in early product release phases (pilots, trials and early projects).
• Plan and execute corrective actions and traffic cutover.
• Microwave network supervision through Nokia Management System (NSP)
• Extract Network performance and statistics reports through Nokia Management system (NSP)
• Regular internal and external reporting
