Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance and practical execution of safety, integrity and commercial policies and practices.
• P&L Responsibility for the MOSE division locally, meet or exceed agreed targets and drive profitable growth.
• Lead, contribute or implement strategic and operational initiatives fully aligned to the global MOSE strategy and especially the service lines of customer care and support, modernization services and smart solutions.
• Identify target markets, segments and customers for the service portfolio and for potential new service products. Build and execute local go to market plans which consider hunting / farming end user customers, partners and OEMs, market pricing, sales competence, pipeline growth and management, channels and tactics to win.
• Develop and deliver efficient and effective customer support through service execution. Consider service competence, availability, spare parts and materials and tools and processes.
• Develop local marketing and demand creation activities to differentiate in the local market.
• Develop organizational competence and skills to compete in the market and satisfy customers through delivery and execution of our service portfolio and through effective processes and tool application.
• Bring innovation and new ideas into play. Scan the market and evaluate opportunities and trends from which we can develop solutions. Connect with service lines to share learning.
