We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer / Team Lead who is passionate about technology and building high quality products. We believe in ownership and are looking for people driven to continuously ship new, impactful features and capabilities for our users.
Required Skills:
3+ years experience in a Project Management role
Should have good knowledge ofReactJS and NodeJS
Should have good knowledge of DatabaseMongoDB, Redis
Basics of unity should be an advantage
Should have knowledge ofAPI development and Integration
Experience inWordPressthen they should have knowledge of theme development and plugin integration and development
Should have knowledge of Server configuration and deployment knowledge. (SES, SNS, and S3 (AWS))
Should have knowledge of any one (Gitlab, GitHub, Bitbucket, SVN).
Have knowledge of any one payment gateway (PayPal, Razor pay and cash transfer` etc...)
Experience in starting projects from scratch
Any relevant project management-related experience
Critical thinking & problem-solving
Ability to spearhead changes and share with teams
Ability to motivate people
Analytical and detail-oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership ability, challenging his/her structure for the best results
Focus on continuous improvement.
Leadership Responsibility
You must be someone who loves taking responsibility & demonstrated past experience of having done that.
Lead team and lead technically and ensure the team is motivated to perform.
Acting as the technical guru of the team who can help the team resolve any kind of technical problems.
Must ensure various testing phases and software release management practise.
Proven experience of keeping track and being accountable for team performance management
Take accountability of ensuring 100% productivity levels of the team.

Bonus Optional Skills:
- You re familiar with React/Redux
- You re familiar with React Native.
- You re familiar with Angular.js or Vue.js
Pre-requisites:
- Graduation (must), Relevant work experience: 2 year+

- Quick learner, adaptable to changing business needs
- Multitasking skills
