Medical Cart Field Service Technician

We have an opportunity with steady work at a hospital in your area for medical carts that will need regular service and preventative maintenance.

You will be asked to use principles you will learn in training to execute test protocols and experiments to verify and validate that products and systems meet functional and performance specifications. Due to the required skills this is a great opportunity for a tech looking to break into or start their field service careers in the Medical and Life sciences fields.

Required Skills:

• Demonstrated electromechanical dexterity (i.e., hand & power tools)
• Familiarity with computer operations for medical technologies
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills & professionalism
• Must be willing to commit to safety practices & wearing PPE as required by hospital site
• Must be able to pass vendor credentialing requirements as required by hospital site

All work includes install, preventive maintenance, and break and fix measures. And will require a Next-Business-Day / Next-available-Day SLA.
