Responsibilities
• Partner with brand teams and agencies to develop a digital calendar plan ensuring differentiated strategy, platform use, approach and KPIs by brand / target group / campaign objective
• Lead cultural change to embed social listening and real time performance data into brand activation planning
• Maintain a close working partnership with partners such as Facebook and Google to execute JBPs and raise the overall bar on digital marketing and innovation
• Drive digital media innovation and implement testing strategies to continually optimize, improve performance and enhance learning
• Partner with marketing teams to demonstrate digital performance, effectiveness and ROI
• Lead the programmatic digital agenda through agency trade-desks and evaluate and our move towards in-house trading solutions in the medium term
• Consolidate digital investments across brands and categories in the market to drive scale and value for brands
• Lead cooperation with agency partners to ensure the delivery of digital media KPIs across metrics on reach, frequency, cost, viewability, engagement, etc.
• Lead quarterly digital reviews with category teams
