Mechanical EngineerProject Manager

Responsibilities:

• Project management responsibilities
  
• Lead/analyze designs for junior staff
  
• Develop/execute strategic plans for business development
  
• Build/maintain client relationships
  
• Provide administrative oversight including developing, communicating, and tracking workflow tasks, scheduling, monitoring QA/QC standards, and ensuring project documents are consistent with project plans and within scope/budget
  
• Mentor/train junior staff
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
  
• 8+ years of mechanical engineering design experience with a focus on Healthcare and/or Education (PK-12 and Higher Education)
  
• PE License preferred
  
• Experience developing/overseeing project scope, schedule and fees for new projects and additional scope/services for existing projects
  
• Extensive experience working with HVAC Design and Plumbing Design for Healthcare systems
  
• Extensive experience working with ASHRAE and Healthcare design standards
  
• Proficient in Building load calculations and MS Office
  
• Travel required, including to Hawaii
