Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform extensive calculations to work out various technical project parameters
  
• Understand and implement compliance with applicable codes and standards
  
• Documentation of various engineering using datasheets
  
• Computer Aided Design (CAD) complex project designs with high attention to detail and a focus on design for manufacturing (DFM) as well as material choices
  
• Collaborate with project engineers to provide customized engineering project details for RFQs and RFPs
  
• Work closely with our veteran manufacturing team to give them a proper understanding of the design as well as iterate design as required
  
• Work on completely new and unventured engineering challenges with self-motivation and a desire for excellence
  
• Understand past company documentations to assist in the development of new projects

Requirements

• BTech or MTech degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
  
• 1+ years of experience in Mechanical Design
  
• Strong foundation in mechanical engineering fundamentals, including solid mechanics, thermodynamics, and knowledge of engineering materials and manufacturing processes
  
• Skilled in 3D CAD, and experience in releasing 2D drawings
  
• Candidates with prior experience in routing and piping design ;
  
• Communication skills to assist with efficient documentation and client and peer interaction
