Master Data Management

Purpose of role:

• Responsible for Data Management with respect to Supplier Mapping, Assortment Mapping, Pricing Maintenance.
• Redressal of regular concerns on scanning issues, pricing/GST issues, consumer offer related issues.
• Key stakeholder for system support team, and the supply chain partners for administration and communication with the field on product areas and operational issues at site level regarding products, prices and supplies.

Key Results/ Accountabilities expected from role:

• Manage retailing master data through IT system
• Ensuring data is maintained in IT system for products
• Ensuring vendors invoices are uploaded for payment
• Coordinate with operator for timely submission of invoices and uploaded in YEXP for payment
• Coordinate with distributors and vendors for creations of codes and configure E payments
• Ensuring that data is accurate by conducting audits and identifying trends that may indicate problems with data quality
• Ensure correct data maintenance and pro-active in data cleansing activities
• Provides assistance in resolving data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs)
• Ensures personal compliance with JV's Code of Conduct and demonstrates strong leadership through JV's Leadership Expectations and Values & Behaviours.
