The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of marketing strategies, as well as assisting with the ongoing development of our Web site. This job requires a candidate to manage monthly budgeting, onboard new vendors, schedule marketing programs, solicit vendors for campaigns, manage advertising, customer engagement, website redesign, manage influencers, signage, training staff, promotions, and internal communication. The ideal candidate for this position will possess an engaging personality with strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work independently and make decisions quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaigns.
- Develop new promotional material and sales collateral.
- Work on creative concepts for new products.
- Work well with a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage customer engagement through newsletters and other email campaigns.
- Oversee website redesign and upkeep.
Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end campaigns while maintaining cohesive automated workflows. Develop a deep understanding of customers, products, and the buyer s journey across multiple markets. Develop and implement direct marketing campaigns and targeting new prospects and current customers in key markets to improve customer acquisition and retention. Utilize Marketo, Salesforce and other data sources to regularly report on campaign performance and marketing influence across the customer journey from lead creation to opportunity close. Report on marketing automation performance, including emails, landing pages, forms, and more. Understand and develop the framework of campaigns, lead routing, list uploads, and data management between sales and marketing systems. This position has supervisory responsibilities.
