40% Responsible for designing and delivering Content Creation, Implementation, Analysis and Performance
- Develop and implement content strategy to increase SEO efforts to ensure higher visibility and for increase lead
- Write, proofread, edit, publish and promote excellent content for SEO ratings, internal and external branding purposes including the company
- Create marketing and promotional materials in both print and electronic
- Coordinate efforts between our freelance content writers, proofread, edit and publish the produced content on the appropriate media platforms in a timely
- Conduct competitive and SEO content research and analysis to improve our rankings and enhance Return On Investment(ROI).
- Create and implement performance metrics for SEO, and other relevant media platforms, measure, monitor, analyze and increase
30% Develop and manage Social Media Channels and Advertising to ensure maximum exposure and higher return on social media budget
- Identify, evaluate, select and monitor the most relevant social media
- Participate in the creation of and maintain an up-to-date social media marketing
- Moderate, oversee our presence on relevant social media sites
- Raise brand awareness and protect brand equity by executing a social marketing campaign using the most appropriate social media channels

20% Execute Public Relations, Event Management and Email Marketing strategies for maximizing iTi exposure and lead generation
- Implement Public Relations strategies and approaches to liaise with the media, advertising agencies, and prospects to maximize ROI and revenue
- Actively participate in social and networking groups to ensure constant exposure to new marketing strategies and methodologies that can boost iTi reach broader customer base
- Design and launch email marketing campaigns through the company newsletter as

10% Ensure ongoing proactive personal and professional growth to contribute to enhancing iTi
- Proactively update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities: reading professional publications, attending webinars, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations

- Collaborate with teams and departments to ensure marketing and social campaigns are effective to achieve company goals

Requirements
Required Knowledge, Skills and Behaviors:
- Exceptional knowledge of marketing communications and business processes with minimum of 2 years experience in communications strategy
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, editing experience
- Proven social media and networking expertise, including
- At least 3+ years experience in SEO content writing and/or editing for all media
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint)
- Effective time management and organizational skills with meticulous attention to
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to lead projects proactively
- Innovative and creative, with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving
- Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Suite), Zoho CRM, HTML
- Bachelor s degree: Major or Minor in Communications, Journalism, Business, PR, Marketing or related field, or proven equivalent work experience
