Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with brands, marketing and agencies to create a vision for how data and technology will be used to empower marketing capabilities such as audience segmentation, precise targeting and personalization.
• Accelerate 1st party data acquisition and application for our KSA market in collaboration with the brand, media, marketing, and shopper teams.
• Leveraging the owned media ecosystem (Web, Email, CRM/Loyalty App and Database) to manage an ongoing loyalty platform that delivers a year long series of engagement opportunities, personalized offerings and promotions to derive commercial impact through connections with our consumers.
• Support development of strategies and new use-cases where consumer data can drive commercial impact (eg: Product Innovation, Personalized offers/value)
• Driveing the KSA initative to define, evolve right loyalty programs and strategies to build 1P consumer data based 1:1 consumer connections.
• Building strong relationships with media, digital partners & key vendors across activation and technology to drive commercial impact that aligns with market business initiatives.
• Balances a deep technical knowledge with an ability to clearly communicate complex solutions to non-technical people who have limited understanding of data management and architecture
