Marketing Assistant

We are seeking candidates to apply for Marketing Assistant which will be working on predominantly on their UK business. This will be working with a large IT/Software Organisation and would suit candidate based in UK, although this is not a remote position.

We are looking for a candidate to work with our marketing team and possibly suit a candidate at a more Junior level with some working experience after graduation or similar.

Requirements

Skills:

Be an active member of the marketing team who will be responsible for contributing to the building and execution of the marketing plan for that division, ensuring delivery of qualified sales leads and sales pipeline to their divisional sales team.

What you will be doing:

Contribute to the marketing plan for business unit

Coordinate marketing activities and lead generation programs

Ensure programs are run to time and budget

Develop, produce and implement field marketing programs that position the Company and its products in high visibility with customers, partners, prospects and influencers

Awareness of and contribution to the attainment of sales volume (leads) and financial goals (conversions), including profitability with targeted lead generation campaigns

Identifies, recommends and manages third party resources as required

Who you are:

Could be entry level with aspirations to develop your career in marketing, specifically demand generation.

Understanding of commercial and business challenges

Market (Vertical / IT) knowledge and organisational awareness

Relationship management skills with internal stakeholders and customers

Excellent communications skills with the ability to interface at all levels of management

Willingness to learn, think analytically and work collaboratively in a growing marketing team

Strong writing skills

Highly creative, proactive, decisive and organised
