Position: Manual Machinist
Shift: 1st | Hours: 8 AM - 4PM
Type: Full-Time | Mode: Direct Placement
Pay Scale: $23 - 28/hr | Industry: Manufacturing
Our Client is Seeking a CNC Milling Machinist with at least 5-Axis Experience. The Candidate will be required to perform Setup, Operate Machines and Adjust Machines with minimal supervision.

Job Responsibilities:
- Independently set up and run manual milling and turning machines. Manual machines will include Bridgeport mill, Hardinge lathe, surface grinder and hand-held air tools.
- Select the required work holding and tooling in accordance with work instructions.
- Ability to read and understand process drawings to establish an acceptable 1st pc
- Operate basic floor measurement instruments: Micro height, micrometers, calipers, etc
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Complete machining operations efficiently in accordance with work instructions to achieve the required output levels.
- Ensure parts are handled and protected in a suitable manner to prevent damage during operations and movement.
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED
- 2-3 Years of Experience
