Position Summary

Requirements

Position Duties
  • Develops new and refines existing analytical techniques, templates, and resources to enable effective business planning, including market forecasting, competitive intelligence, operational review, and financial Continually reviews and reports market and financial data reflecting the hospitals clinical growth Proactively communicates challenges and Develops presentations for leadership with findings and

  • Builds a team of capable analysts with the use of appropriate Human Resource policies and tools to facilitate and ensure the ability of the staff within the area of strategic planning to establish clear development plans for building and growing their skillets, and support them in their work for PC and in pursuit of their individual professional
  • As a part of a project team, develops detailed work plans, highlighting key deliverables, accountabilities, interdependencies, and
  • Manages planning process and work plans for assigned projects, facilitates or assists in committee/work group
  • Assures the data and methods for analyzing markets, programs, and services are sound and used responsibly to support

Position Qualifications

Education
  • Bachelors degree in Health care, Business, or related


  • Masters Degree in Health Services MBA or related advanced degree (equivalent and relevant work experience will be considered).


Experience
  • Five (5) years of health care experience in a strategy, business planning, business advisory, financial planning, feasibility, Business and financial modeling, benchmarking, or analysis (Administrative Fellowship or relevant post-graduate work is equivalent to work experience).


  • Three (3) or more years of experience leading project
