Looking for a passionate, young executive assistant to work with the leadership team at a globally recognized Agri-tech startup

What you will do

• Be a part of the operations team and work with leadership team
  

• Manage operations data and execute data analysis to enable management decisions
  

• Work and coordinate with different regional/functional teams in tracking performance of teams, individuals and business unit
  

• Participate in meetings, workshops and follow up on actionables
  

• Preparing presentations/proposals for external meetings with partners
  

• Traveling to different offices and participating in operations efficiency improvement
  

• Managing the schedules and communications of key executive in the company
  

• Spend time with leadership team and learn how a start-up operations
  

Ideal persona

Qualifications

• Any graduate with good academic scores
  

• Excellent communication skills and writing skills in English & Hindi
  

• Good with data mining, analysis and presentation skills
  

• Have interest to work in rural/agri sector
