Logistics Specialists

Responsibilities:

• Receive shipping requests, open direct channel with the supplier and send shipping instruction to prepare correct shipping documents required for import/export customs clearance and
• Communicate any delay in shipments to the respective client through phone calls or e-mails
• Lead Communication with Freight Forwarders, Suppliers and Customs Clearance
• Follow the shipment starting from the sailing and expedite the shipper to issue the original shipping documents to avoid port delay charges or demurrage penalties for
• Provide to coordinate the flow of information, materials and goods to
• Prepare documentation, maintain records and coordinate
• Receipt of original shipping documents & starting the customs clearance
• Monitor shipments customs
• Notify the Material Controller with the arrival of material to be ready for
• Cargo tracking to ensure timely
• Perform Administrative Tasks( scanning, coping, filling)
