- Communicate (through text messages, emails, and sometimes phone calls) withclientsof our Rent Relief product, responding to their queries, and resolving complaints that they may have, within the Service Level Agreements;
- Keep internal Esusu team members updated on unresolved service requests and responsively identify trends;
- Support with administrative tasks for the team, includingdata entryinto our loan platform,client research, and general administrative support;
- Contribute to existing onboarding materials for future hires bydocumenting responsesandbuilding new processes and templatesto drive efficiencies;
