Keep internal Esusu team members updated on unresolved service requests and responsively identify trends;
Support with administrative tasks for the team, includingdata entryinto our loan platform,client research, and general administrative support;
Contribute to existing onboarding materials for future hires bydocumenting responsesandbuilding new processes and templatesto drive efficiencies;
