- Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team to evaluate the work of newly onboarded translators on a daily basis
- Monitoring translator performance by reviewing error reports and calculating scores
- Gathering, maintaining and reporting individual translator metrics
- Identifying and escalating problematic issues and trends to Linguistic Quality management
- Consulting freelance Language Leads and evaluators for evaluation and feedback validation as required
