Note: Required to possess an LCSW license
Individual will:
Provide support and resources to clients in LTC/skilled nursing facilities.
Directly counsel patients, consisting of individual, and group services
Individualized treatment plans
Counseling
Aftercare services
Schedule:
Full-time preferable- Part-time option available
