We are seeking aLicensed Clinical Social Worker(LCSW) whos passionate, self-motivated, and a top performer with proven clinical teamwork and great communication
Individual will:
- Provide support and resources to clients in LTC/skilled nursing facilities
- Directly counsel patients, consisting of individual, and group services
- Individualized treatment plans
- Counseling
- Aftercare services
- Note: Required to possess an LCSW license
Schedule:
Full-time preferable- Part-time option available
