- Carrying out any amendments or work required for the preparation of systems, including attending meetings and facilitating workshops held by the Council to prepare the required systems, and making any visits that may be needed to work on preparing the systems, and carrying out any subsequent training or during preparation that may be held in this regard.
- Commitment to the time frame specified for the completion of the project.
