Job Summary
Our client is looking for Legal Assistant to provide a broad range of specialized administrative support and secretarial services to the company s legal department, consisting of five attorneys and one paralegal. This position will report to the Department Litigation Analyst.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates or oversees all day-to-day office operations and administrative support activities.
- Processing invoices and other billing, managing expenses and budget related items
- Scheduling, processing incoming mail, drafting and mailing correspondence
- Managing supplies and vendor onboarding.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
- Proficient in Workday
- Proficient working within and creating excel spreadsheets tracking outside counsel spend reports
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized and able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
