Role Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers, resolving issues and error messages encountered in a live production environment.
- Manage a team of 2 or more, develop their skills to meet objectives and customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and lead daily team activities.
- Design, develop, and test new software solutions using various technologies, while also researching new technology and development tools.
- Create both customer-facing and technical documentation for processes created or modified.
- Perform technical troubleshooting and collaborate with L4 teams for advanced support.
- Adapt to different business time zones and participate in an on-call 24/7 roster that includes weeknights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Occasionally travel to customer sites as required.
Relevant Qualifications / Experience:
- Possess a Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or have equivalent experience.
- Have 7+ years of work experience in the software industry or related fields.
- 2 years of work experience in a leadership role, managing a team of 2 or more individuals.
- Experience in operational support, billing systems, and other technical areas such as Oracle database, RedHat Linux or Unix OS, and Windows Server.
- Proficiency in English within a business environment.
- ITIL accreditation is preferred.
