Landscape Architect

Responsibilities:
• Work closely with senior designers to develop the design from concept, schematic, to detailed design development.
• Have the ability to take a leading role throughout the design and technical stages of the project.
• Take part in technical design workshops / design charrette.
• Develop the design and presentation material by sketching, 3D modeling in line with our clients’ requirements and satisfaction.
• Have a good understanding to effectively develop the project details and work closely with the BIM and CAD team for detailed design works and the technical drawings.
• Coordinate the internal design process, and documentation by interacting with other disciplines, e.g., Architects, Graphic Artists, Engineers, Lighting designers and Horticulturists, etc.
• Create high-quality visual presentations, thorough design schemes, and reports, and assist in their presentation
