Growing traditional consulting firm looking to add a talented Land Development Project Manager to their Austin office!


Responsibilities:

  • Independently complete engineering tasks within federal, state, and local criteria
  • Monitor product schedule/budgets and complete each project on time and on budget
  • Marketing/client development
  • Mentor project team members
  • Monitor project team member performance through completion of Project Staff Reviews
  • Assist with the preparation of engineering services proposals (interviews, calculations/estimation of time schedules, costs of proposed work)


Requirements:
  • B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering required
  • 6+ years engineering experience required
  • Current P.E. license required
  • Experience preparing contract documents for Land Development projects required

Successful applicant must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
