Tridat Technologies is hiring "L1 Windows Server Administrator" for one of the advanced technology solutions company catering to the needs of the Banking, Mobility, Payments and Government sectors.
Qualifications: Any graduate
Experience: 2+ yrs
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Knowledge on Windows server administration and management.
- System Backups
- Basic understanding on AD, DNS, DHCP
- Knowledge on Virtualization layer
- Candidates will be responsible for troubleshooting of tickets, monitoring the server infrastructure and handling escalated tickets of low to medium complexity
- Deliverable will include ticket ownership, response, resolution and update and handle escalated tickets from various levels.
- Ensure adherence to customer & SLA commitments for self and the team.
- Collaborate with fellow system administrators and support team members
Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Employment Mode: Contract to hire (Full time opportunity)
Joining Period: Immediate to max 15 days
