Jr. Project Manager (Full-Time)

Position Overview:

Project Managers working for our company are confident leaders who can balance every aspect of the customers' project & create synergistic teams to complete crucial tasks for reaching end goals. These positions are essential for successful outcomes and profitability while providing the drive to push a team in the right direction for our clients & customers’ business.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the customers' project’s timeframe by defining, strategizing, and assisting with each objective at hand.

• Oversight of projects

• Setting realistic expectations by communicating and coordinating with other departments; MUST have exceptional team cross-functional skills.

• Checking on the status of jobs, and ensuring tickets are queued. 

• Billing (ensuring accuracy, making sure they’re sent out at the proper time according to the contract)

• Reporting to Vice President

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer/Information Science-related field preferred

Job Specifications:

• Normal working hours will be 8 hours per day, typically scheduled between 7 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday

• May be required to work other days/hours as assigned for maintenance windows, special projects, etc.

• Travel to client sites, on short notice, may be required
