Our company is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Junior Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services, and driving business growth. This is an entry-level position, so no prior experience is required, but a strong interest in sales and account management is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with clients
  • Understand client needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Create and deliver presentations to clients
  • Track and manage sales leads and opportunities
  • Continuously improve account management processes and tools

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong interest in sales and account management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
